Mariela Petrova

Mariela Petrova is a lawyer registered with the Supreme Bar Counsel in Sofia and the Bar of Plovdiv as foreign (French) lawyer. Mariela is also registered as a French lawyer with the Bar of Paris. Mariela has extensive experience in Bulgarian and French corporate and commercial law, including in connection with


  • Company formation and establishment of branches or subsidiaries
  • Mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and asset contributions, joint-ventures, including due diligence, preparation and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, warranty agreements, shareholder’s agreements, legal and tax structure of the transaction

Vesela Kuncheva

Vesela Kuncheva is a lawyer registered with the Bar of Plovdiv.
